Shipping policy

DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

Processing: orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: after dispatch, delivery takes 3–6 business days.
Total: most orders arrive within 4–9 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

TRACKING
You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

DELAYS
If your order hasn't arrived within 9 business days, email support@blastgrade.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

ADDRESS ERRORS
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update it before your order ships, but not after.
